Since the inception of the internet and technology, there has been a struggle to ensure that technology is accessible to those who are disabled, particularly with the speed with which technology has progressed. We will perform testing and/or remediation of various electronic media for conformance or compliance with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as amended, Technical Standards instituted by the US Access Board. For the Private Sector we will perform assessment and/or remediation of all electronic media content to determine compliance with web content accessibility guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) accessibility standards. This electronic media will include, but is not limited to:

• Microsoft Office Documents
• Portable Document Format (PDF) documents
• Web sites
• Adobe Flash applications
• Software Applications
• Windows Media Player Videos
• QuickTime
